What we can learn during the pandemic for our self-growth?

It seems we were not doing anything during the pandemic. Our activities are limited and we have to survive at home during the quarantine. Besides that, some people got fired and become jobless, some people lost their families suddenly, and we have our own struggling during this situation. But we can learn something from it. This though situation taught us to be more adaptable, more creative, and more self-reflective. Here are the things that I got to learn in the pandemic situation, I hope these things can help us to be more understanding about ourselves and improves our self-growth: 1. Has anyone watched the drama that just finished last week? The story is really interesting, about a 37yo man returning to youth at 18. How come? It's just fiction, right? Yes, it's not a real story. It's just an imaginary story that makes this drama more interesting. But, I'm not going to talk about the review of this drama or telling the story.
