Lessons from All the Bright Places that We Can Learn for Mental Health Awareness

Actually, this is my second time watching this movie and I want to write the lesson that I got from that movie. We all know that people nowadays are more aware of mental health. There are a lot of campaigns on social media about mental health awareness. Our mental health is matters as our physical health. There are some notes that I have written about the lessons learned from that movie. 1. We have the ability to resilient from difficulties and toughness Yeah, every day we face a lot of difficulties, sometimes we can pass, but sometimes it feels harder than usual, and sometimes it can be a traumatic moment we don't want to remember. The important note you have to remember when you had a tough day is "it's okay not to be okay" . It's cliche but it real.
